Stir fry two ways



Easy meal prep ! đŸ„’đŸƒđŸ„ŠđŸ„—


I sliced up chicken breast and marinated it in some herb citrus vinaigrette

I sliced up a round steak - grass fed beef and marinated it in a ginger garlic marinade.

I chopped up and sautéed a large assortment of colorful veggies in coconut oil , and added a couple splashes of coconut aminos at the end ( in lieu of soy sauce)


Once the veggies were cooked , I quickly sautéed each of the different meats

This made 4 meals that I will pop into the freezer for my work days ! đŸ‘đŸ»


Ginger beef marinade

2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp coconut aminos 1 tbsp fresh chopped ginger ( or -1/2 tsp powder) 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt 1/8 tsp black pepper


Herb Citrus vinaigrette

1 1/2 tbsp orange juice 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice 2 cloves of garlic minced 2 tsp mustard powder 3/4 c extra-virgin olive oil 1 tsp thyme 1 tsp cilantro 1 tsp parsley 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt 1/2 tsp black powder


Mix well ( shake in jar) use about half for marinade
